ManyChat is a web-based software for creating #facebook_messenger#chatbots commonly used in augmenting marketing, sales, support, and other customer facing processes. [1] They are known for their 'Flow Builder'; a visual editor for @Conversation Architecture. [2] ManyChat is designed to enable users to create without code. I use ManyChat for @Brian .bot's broadcasts with @Janis picking up unknown responses and training @Dialogflow in the process. We're building a technology stack for @Augmented Self.
