Janis is a conversational AI integration platform designed to help businesses enhance their messaging experiences and automate tasks. By leveraging @Artificial Intelligence (AI), it enables companies to build, deploy, and manage #ai-powered bots across various messaging platforms. Janis focuses on providing tools for seamless automation, conversational design, and efficient integration with third-party services. The platform has been recognized for supporting early adoption of AI in business workflows, offering practical solutions for customer engagement and operational efficiency. Janis was introduced to me by @Dustin Dye and his agency, @Botcopy. I used Janis back in 2017 when they managed to beat @ManyChat to market with their AI integration. It was impressive at the time to see how quickly they brought conversational AI to messaging platforms—ahead of the curve for what most businesses were doing. Still, after some experimentation, we ultimately decided to build the function ourselves, tailoring the automation and integration to our own needs. Looking back, it was one of those early moments that made clear how fast the AI landscape can shift, and how sometimes, building in-house unlocks flexibility you just can’t get from any off-the-shelf tool.
