OnePlus (One+) is a communications technology platform incubated by @One Studio that enables @Human Augmentation; a partnership between humans and @Artificial Intelligence (AI) to supplement interpersonal communication. Unlike traditional conversation automation which attempts to replace human agents with artificial ones, augmentation forges a healthier relationship by uniting the two. One+ agents will respond to any message they are confident they can answer and pass all others into a @Slack where a human can answer. As the human agent responds to the message, they are offered a single-click option to train the agent to use their response in the future. The One+ platform enables individuals, organizations, and communities to create more authentic representations of themselves by training an artificial intelligence (AI) through daily conversations with their followers, customers, and members. These AI representations are then able to provide more intimate interactions by walking each individual through brand-focused conversations in the manner that suits their needs while preserving the sanctity of human time for creative endeavors. This method of character creation (1) develops community cohesion through constant co-creativity and collaboration, (2) energizes team/member contributions by removing the emotional drain of repetitive conversations, and (3) facilitates more impactful interactions with audiences/customers. The project first originated from Swichkow's 2017 art project, @BrianBot, in which he began training an AI representation of himself only later to realize that the line between Brian and bot had been blurred. OnePlus is functionally now the same thing as @MythOS AI and their stories will be merged in time.
