One Inc only recommends partners when there is a high level of trust in their value and results, ensuring that our recommendations are both credible and mutually beneficial. In return for referring new clients, One Inc typically receives a referral commission, usually calculated as a percentage of the first year’s revenue generated through these new relationships. For us, the ability to generate revenue by communicating around service providers we genuinely trust creates space to invest more energy into educating around their offerings. For example, our partnerships with @Envision Media and @Soar enable us to make knowledge sharing around @Reddit Marketing and @Reddit Advertising financially justifiable whereas we wouldn't otherwise have the capacity to service the interest such generates. It’s not just about earning a commission—it’s about aligning my incentives with those of the people referred, ensuring that recommendations remain authentic and beneficial to all involved. We regularly follow up with those we've referred to ensure that our trust is still justified.
