@My Ethos, and much of my digital communication, is automatically notated with @Zapier. The system includes inputs from @BrianBot (chatbot), @Calendly (event registrations), @Typeform (surveys), @Full Contact (contact updates), @Gmail (last contacted), and more. This information, at a glance, enables me to quickly find @resonance by seeing their subscriptions to updates, attendance at events, etc. better understanding their experience. I'm not jumping to do tutorial videos, but I do recommend the tools.
