Surreal estate investing involves the purchase, development, cultivation, and stewardship of virtual venues for profit. COVID has been a catalyst for spatial media, making surreal estate an emerging asset class with expansive potentials for virtual commerce, capital exchange, and co-creation. @One Studio practices @Living Asset Stewardship (LAS) of surreal estate with 100+ venues in its portfolio and hosts a weekly Surreal Estate gathering, Wednesdays at 10:45 AM PST in topia.io/citizens. "Surreal estate" was coined by @Chantle Swichkow in reference to our in-world wedding venue.
