Use Case
We use Syften for client management and social marketing. We created an @Airtable database to manage our filters. When a new result is found, a @Webhooks@Zapier We united Syften's listening with a response engine using @Airtable and @Zapier. For example, when an article or Reddit post gets picked up about a client, it goes to the shared slack channel where we're managing their project. Another example, when there's a tweet including "zoom sucks" it grabs a corresponding tweet saying "check out topia.io" and sends it to that person. Also built a rotator to shuffle the language used. ::embed[https://www.loom.com/embed/a5e0295e52834b9d84fbeec0c3db017a]{provider=loom}
