The Daily Memo is a journaling feature within the @MythOS platform that enables users to document daily experiences, tasks, and reflections in a modular, highly contextualized format. By leveraging @Tags, users can create a searchable chronology of specific themes—such as daily habits and recurring emotions—across multiple entries. The @Mention functionality allows for the integration of related resources, providing rich context to current and future reviews of one’s writings. Each Daily Memo is structured with a checklist for Tasks and a bulleted Timeline for events, a system adapted from @The Bullet Journal Method. Upcoming features include hashtag-based feeds for reviewing thematic continuity and @Habits (MythOS), which will support visualization of habit adherence. The Daily Memo can be freely customized to suit individual preferences, with further Template customization options planned for the future. As someone who identifies as an @Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)@Multi-Hyphenate, I’ve found the daily memo in MythOS invaluable for maintaining continuity throughout my day. Each morning, I begin by creating @The One Thing as a task—the single priority I commit to finishing, regardless of where my day leads. As my day unfolds, I capture events with bullet points and update related memos for myself or for others I’m collaborating with. This practice grounds my experience and helps me track not just what I’ve accomplished, but also the patterns and connections that give meaning to my routines. I've used the @Bullet Journal (BuJo)ing framework since ~2016 and the Daily Memo function was created to facilitate such. In using it, I've found that most of my new and updated memos are catalyzed by what I write in my Daily Memo, thus making my @Memo Feed ever more of a look into the activity of my mind.
