Within the context of Mythos, a Memo is a brief paragraph just like this one that briefly explains the thought, concept, or idea along with the circumstances that brought about its creation. 

The goal of the Memo is to be short, simple and contain multiple interlinked concepts to encourage people to dive into the Context Building rabbit-hole.

For context to stay relevant, Memos need to exist as Living Documents.
