Objective
Moltworker is an #open-source proof-of-concept #middleware implementation by Cloudflare that enables OpenClaw to run on Cloudflare's Developer Platform instead of dedicated hardware. Released January 2026, it combines Workers, Sandbox SDK, R2 storage, Browser Rendering, AI Gateway, and Zero Trust Access to create a cloud-hosted personal AI agent. The architecture uses an entrypoint Worker as API router and proxy, with Moltbot Gateway runtime executing in isolated Sandbox containers. Moltworker demonstrates Cloudflare's platform capabilities for running AI agents securely and efficiently at scale, available at github.com/cloudflare/moltworker.
