Said by Zen Kōan and one of John Zdanowski's commonly referenced adages. When I heard it referenced in Stillness Is The Key by Ryan Holiday, it birthed the shirt in the Spiritual Bro Store. I wear this on days when I feel called to remind myself that being Present In The Work is key.
