Process
1 — Write World Description
Write a creative and compelling description of the world that will appear on the entry page (example here) and on Topia's Discover Page (300 characters or less).
Complete this here or:
Open the 'ONE ECO v5' base in Airtable
Navigate to the 'WORLDS' table at the top
Select the 'COPYWRITING' view at the left
Write in the 'DESCRIPTION' field for the world
2 — Create Recurring Gathering
Create and name a recurring event for the community that thrives within this world. Write a creative and compelling description for the event in Topia's Calendar and ours (150 words or less).

Open the 'ONE ECO v5' base in Airtable
Navigate to the 'GATHERINGS' table at the top
Select the 'COPYWRITING' view at the left
Write in the 'DESCRIPTION' field for the gathering
Tips:
Recurring gatherings can be frames for one-off events
3 — Write Community Invitation
Write an email invitation welcoming like-hearted people to join the event and the community that is present in the world (200 words or less). See the 'Format' section below for more details.

Click 'Submit a Message'

Tips:
For young worlds, consider adding 'Become a Co-Creator' as a call-to-action.
For young gatherings, consider adding 'Suggest an Event'
4 — Create Event Programming
Cultivate a list of ideas for gathering topics.
5 — Write Speaker Invitation
Write an email invitation inviting subject matter experts to speak at
Format
By and Large, we use the The Inigo Montoya Method method and add 2-3 calls-to-action as bullet points just before the email signature. When relevant, we will include a single image. See below.
