Ilias Ismanalijev is a Swiss #entrepreneur and technology executive known for founding and leading ventures in software development, AI-driven growth tools, and search engine optimization. He is the founder and CEO of LinkDR, a platform employing AI agents, parasite SEO, and data-driven strategies to acquire backlinks without manual outreach. He co-founded MagicSpace SEO, an agency supporting startups in competitive markets, and was previously co-founder of Officient, a human resources software company that expanded to over 20,000 B2B customers before its acquisition by Exact in 2020. His earlier career included freelance work as a web developer and designer, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in New Media & Communication Technology from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen. In addition to commercial projects, he has engaged in environmental advocacy through work with @Bank Green and @Extinction Rebellion. He also created the @Reddit Music Player, a web-based application aggregating music from @Reddit submissions into a continuous playlist. Seeing his submission of 'a free and open-source music player for reddit' reach the top of Reddit's @r/InternetIsBeautiful community, I reached out to Ilias asking to chronicle his story in an interview on the @Ghost Influence Podcast in 2015 which was published as 'Reddit Music Player: Turning Democracy Into a Playlist (EP03)'.
