Circle is a community platform for creators who build and steward communities. The platform provides a distraction-free space where a community can converge and interact. Circle's platform has all the features of popular social platforms like rich posts, member profiles, and direct messaging. However, unlike popular social platforms, Circle is fully white-labelable and allows creators to fully customize how their community looks and fits into their brand. The platform also enables creators to control the ranking algorithm for each space within their community. The platform's ultimate goal is to integrate every tool a creator needs to engage, from publishing newsletters and podcasts to setting up streaming, event ticket sales, merchandise, and event calendars. Since the platform is fully customizable, creators can collect and leverage feedback from their communities, giving members a voice in how the community can better serve its purpose. Complete control over the social algorithm also supports the deliberate and thoughtful environment of each creator's community, allowing conversations to be centered on learning and interaction without interference from ads. We were introduced to Circle by @Robbe Richman and discovered a potent endorsement from @Pat Flynn, a long-time mentor. After exploring the platform and its capabilities, we reached out to ask a technical question. The Circle team responded within 48-hours and expanded their @Zapier functionality to meet our request before we'd ever become a customer. In the year since they have continued to delight us with the rapid deployment of new features and amazing communication thanks to their Head of Community, @Mathilde Leo.
