Kathryn Buccelli is a magical human being.

Kathryn was my first hire and OG Work Spouse. She responded to a Craigslist posting I'm made, seeking a Project Manager, saying, "I don't have any experience with this, but..." She woo'd me with her tenacity and astonished me with her character. She's an amazing human.

So excited to be connecting in this space with all of you 📷I’m Kat 📷 … operational efficiency nerd. Finder of automated pieces that no one else thought possible. Connector of process dots that are overlooked by most. I love what I do because I receive gratitude from my process builds and refinement in the form of “Holy shit, I didn’t know this could actually be this easy. You’re saving me so much time” … and yet, total fulfillment in this passion is lacking because almost 100% of what I do is purely transactional to build something that I’m not actually very passionate about building.I’m currently navigating a journey of self discovery… about to reach my 30th year around the sun… and seeking more fulfillment in general. I have begun to take meaningful time in deciding what I would like to see in my life, how I will continue to live this life, and the people that I would like to surround myself with.I have a ridiculous small 2 year old human-gremlin-rabbit-deer (who is really just a boxer dog) who accompanies me everywhere I go (including in the airplane with me during a pandemic - see attached pic) and she’s a magical teacher in always reminding me the importance of being consciously present and true to myself as often as possible.There’s definitely much more to share, but I’ll leave it there for now 📷
