“Stop working on it, but keep doing it.” ~ @John Zdanowski

This was the @reflection John offered of my verbose "update" which was delivered in the midst of our co-creation of the terms and intentions of what later became our @The Spiritual Bro Agreement. When verbalized, John placed a @Pregnant Pause in the middle of the statement and—in the span of a second—it nearly gave me a heart attack. In that moment, the story I told myself was "he no longer thinks this is a good idea and doesn't want to support the project." The abrupt realization that this notion was entirely in my head prompted a clarity of my beliefs and, over time, enabled me to shift them away from anxiety and into power.
