A venture studio, also known as a @Startup Studio, startup factory, or venture builder, is an organization that systematically builds new startups by providing resources such as capital, talent, infrastructure, and strategic guidance. Unlike accelerators or incubators, which support external founders, venture studios generate ideas internally and assemble founding teams to launch those ideas as independent companies. This model combines elements of entrepreneurship, investment, and operational support to increase the success rate of early-stage ventures. The venture studio retains significant equity in the startups it creates, aligning long-term incentives and fostering shared infrastructure across multiple ventures.
